New Look – Job Cards
We’re excited to announce an updated look for the job cards in our dispatch feature!
To experience the updated design, simply follow these steps:
If you prefer to stick with the original view on the left, don’t worry! You can easily enable the settings again to keep things as they were.
This new feature will greatly enhance your driving experience: live traffic conditions on the map in Dispatch! With this update, you’ll have real-time information about the current traffic situation, allowing you to inform your drivers about the best route.
The colors and icons on the map are interpreted as follows.
Green: No traffic delays
Orange: Medium amount of traffic
Red: Heavy traffic, expect delays
When enabled, you’ll have a comprehensive view of the traffic conditions directly on the map, ensuring you’re aware of any potential issues.
A convenient addition to the tariff zones section is the introduction of a zone search bar!
This new feature is designed to assist our large customers who cover extensive service areas and have numerous tariffs. With the search bar, you can easily locate specific tariff zones without the hassle of manual scrolling.
This enhancement will significantly improve efficiency and save valuable time for those of you managing a large number of tariff zones across extensive service areas.
We’re excited to announce an update that will greatly streamline communication for dispatchers using our softphone feature. We have developed a number of shortcuts for calling passengers and drivers!
These shortcuts are designed to save valuable time and eliminate the need for manual dialing or searching for contact information. Dispatchers can now establish immediate communication with passengers and drivers, ensuring smoother operations and enhanced customer service.

This is a highly requested feature for customers using in-app payments with Stripe integration: the ability to reserve funds on mobile bookings!
With this latest update, you can apply pre-authorization and hold funds on the customer’s card when they choose in-app payment as their preferred payment method. By integrating your Stripe account with My Taxi Ride (MTR), you can take advantage of this new functionality.
